Touch and Go!

Touch Banking access is available to all Valley Bank of Nevada on-line banking customers.  To download the Touch Banking App, simply follow these easy steps:

Mobile Banking Instructions:

1) Create an on-line banking account from your home PC.

2) Download the Touch Banking Mobile App from your Google Play Store or App Store and select “Install” to begin the download.

3) Call Valley Bank of Nevada at 702-259-2658 to receive the Touch Banking App Code.

4) Enter the Touch Banking App Code.

5) Enter your on-line banking username when prompted.

6) Enter your on-line banking password when prompted.

7) Once your information is verified, Touch Banking will launch enabling you to access your accounts.  

Mobile Banking Security

At Valley Bank of Nevada, we take your privacy very seriously. Touch Banking utilizes the same multifactor authentification as Valley Bank of Nevada on-line banking services.

  • User passwords are never stored.
  • Personal and sensitive information is encrypted.
  • Close your web browser or the Touch Banking App and your session immediately ends.

As a good security measure, Valley Bank of Nevada strongly recommends password protecting your mobile device. If your phone is lost or stolen, access your on-line banking account and select to deactivate your mobile banking access. 

 

Touch Banking access is available to Valley Bank of Nevada on-line banking (eCOM) customers. You must first enroll in on-line banking to install the Touch Banking Mobile App. If you are not an existing on-line banking customer, click on the first time user access tool to the left to enroll.
