As a result of rising costs in products, printing, and mailing services, Valley Bank implemented a $5 fee for paper statements on all checking products (with the exception of Senior Checking) as of May 1, 2022.  

You can avoid this fee by enrolling in safe and secure eStatements.

  • Personal Customers: You can enable eStatements by signing into your Personal Internet Banking portal.

  • Business Customers: You must contact a customer service representative to be enrolled in eStatements. You cannot enroll yourself.
