In June 2020, as a result of rising costs in products, printing, and mailing services, our consumer and business account disclosures were updated to reflect a new $5 fee for paper statements. However, due to the global and local economic hardship of 2020 and 2021, we decided to hold off implementing the fee. This fee will go into effect May 1, 2022 and will be applied to all checking accounts with the exception of our Senior Checking product.
Good News! You can avoid this fee by enrolling in eStatements.
- Retail Customers: You can enable eStatements by signing into your Personal Internet Banking portal.
